What It’s Like to Be in the Circle
The atmosphere is warm, curious, and encouraging.
You don’t need to know anything about astrology to begin.
What matters most is your openness: a willingness to wonder, to listen, to share what you notice.
This circle is designed to feel like a gentle initiation. We move slowly, step by step, with plenty of guidance and support. You’ll learn from me as your guide, and you’ll also discover how much you can learn simply by practicing together and sharing your insights.
Astrology has always been passed on in community, heart to heart, chart to chart. In this first class, you’ll be welcomed into that lineage in a way that feels safe, magical, and affirming. Many students carry the friendships and inspiration they find here long after the course ends.
At the End of 8 Weeks You Will…
be able to look at your natal chart and truly understand what you’re seeing.
You’ll know the planets, signs, houses, angles, and aspects, and how they weave together to tell your story.
You’ll have practiced symbolic thinking and archetypal awareness, and learned how astrology connects you back to nature, the sky, and the rhythms of time.
Most of all, you’ll carry with you a sense of re-enchantment: the feeling that the world is alive with meaning, possibility, and benevolent affirming spirits, and that your chart is a source of confidence, clarity, and delight.

We'll meet every week for eight weeks, on Thursdays, starting on September 25th, 2025. Calls are 90 minutes, beginning at 2pm Pacific/3pm Mountain/4pm Central/5pm Eastern, via Zoom. Recordings and transcripts will be provided.
I am also available each week on Wednesday for Office Hours at 11amPT/12pmMT/1pmCT/2pmET. This is a completely optional bonus time when you can come and work on your class work, ask questions, and chat.
In each session you'll have time to share, time to learn, and time to practice.

Lesson 1: Your Magical Chart Awakening
Meet your birth chart as your personal sky map. Begin to see how symbols and cycles open the world to wonder.
WEEK 2
Lesson 2: Planets as the Inner Council
Get to know the planets as wise characters and voices within you — your inner allies and guides.
WEEK 3
Practice Circle 1: Symbolic Thinking Workshop
Experiment with art, story, and symbol. Learn to layer meaning in ways that make astrology come alive.
WEEK 4
Lesson 3: Signs as Styles of Being
Explore the signs as living qualities of energy. Play with the elements and modalities, and notice how they show up in your daily life.
WEEK 5
Lesson 4: Houses as Life Arenas
Discover the houses as the twelve magical rooms of your life story, each with its own gifts and challenges.
WEEK 6
Practice Circle 2: Reading Your Own Chart
Step by step, with plenty of guidance, begin to weave together what you’ve learned as you interpret your own chart.
WEEK 7
Lesson 5: Angles & Aspects
Learn how planets speak to one another through aspects, and how the angles light up your chart with agency and direction.
WEEK 8
Practice Circle 3: Community Reading Circle
Gather in a supportive, like-hearted circle to share insights and practice gently reading for one another. Celebrate your learning with warmth and magic.

Bronwyn Simons
Hi, I'm Bronwyn!
I’m a predictive astrologer, artist, and astrology mentor with a deep love for helping people connect with the cosmic cycles in meaningful, grounded ways.
Before becoming a full-time astrologer, I worked as a professional illustrator, and I hold a degree in art history, so the visual and symbolic world has always been my home. My background also includes literature, depth psychology, and classical studies, and all of that informs the way I practice and teach astrology today.
I’ve been walking this path for over 30 years. My work is rooted in the elegant structure of traditional astrology, always guided by a modern, compassionate approach to client care. Whether I’m working one-on-one or in a group setting, my intention is to share astrology in a way that feels warm, wise, and truly useful, not only mystical, but practical and empowering.
I love helping people move through the big transitions in life with clarity and confidence, using the planetary cycles as a mirror for growth, embodiment, and spiritual connection. My students and clients often describe my style as kind, clear, and deeply rooted in the mystery of the Otherworld; and that’s exactly the space I hope to hold in this class, too.
