We will be creating a re-imagined version of the traditional Imbolc craft, Brigid's Cross, shown above. We'll use simple materials, here's what you'll need to prepare for the workshop:

You Will Need: 

1. 28 strips of cardstock or watercolour paper cut to 1/4" x 12" (roughly cut is fine)
2. fine tip pen
3. watercolours, coloured felt pens, crayons, or anything else you have on hand to colour your paper strips. (I chose four colours, one for each of the four seasons.)
4. a list of 28 words or phrases, representing qualities you want to bring in to your home and life over the next year, for instance:

good health

peace

love and affection

laughter

prosperity

etc.

whatever is most important to you!

It’s not too late to infuse your cross-quarter craft with the energy of the season.  The astrological cross-quarter day, with the Sun at 15º Aquarius, is this Sunday, Feb 4, so that would be a beautiful day for you to weave your charm.
